I think I saw on the college liberal meme once something along the lines of “Preaches about gender equality and independence. Wants someone to cuddle with at night.”
Not word for word, but that was the general feel.

Well, yes. Even strong, independent women need love.
Needing someone to cuddle with doesn’t make you weak. Or hypocritical.
